This tour includes a leisurely coastal drive around the south side of the island in a comfortable air-conditioned motorcoach where you will see some magnificent beachfront homes and apartments, wide expanse of Caribbean sea and stop at the historic Pedro St. James Castle where you will be entertained to a 3-D multimedia presentation of the island’s history, culture, and customs, followed by the opportunity to walk the grounds, touch the various artifacts, and take memorable photos of a piece of Cayman’s history. You are encouraged to browse around the gift shop in search of special souvenirs of Cayman’s history/culture to share with friends and loved ones back home. Our journey will continue along the south coast through the historic district of Bodden Town (once the first capital of the Cayman Islands) with its quaint seaside homes, and laid back way of life. Visit the historic Cayman cottages on to the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and walk among a wide variety of flora, fauna, and if you are lucky, snap a photo of the now endangered and indigenous Blue Iguana in it’s a natural environment. This tour continues around to the East End district with a view of the Wreck of Ten Sails and a lunch stop at one of our beachside restaurants where you may relax in the shade and enjoy refreshing drinks, and some of Cayman’s finest local cuisine.
