Also, visit us online at www.caymansuntours.com. When booking, customers agree to accept the terms, conditions, policies, and rules set forth in this agreement. The customers also agree to accept additional terms, conditions, and rules that may apply and which are unique to the specific services of CST. CST reserve the right to change these terms, conditions, policies, and rules without prior notice.
Pricing and Payment: Published and quoted prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. Prices are final and fixed once the final payment has been received. Occasionally, CST offers special extended payment plans for certain types of service requests. Details will be provided at the time of booking. Our published pricing is per person. Payments are accepted by major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard) plus a 3% surcharge which must be received in advance in order to secure reservations.
Note that Pricing and Payment terms for custom pre-books services may vary and will be specified in quotes and proposals.
Refunds and Cancellations: The following cancellation penalties apply:
- There is no penalty if the cancellation request is received at least forty-eight (48) hours or more before the scheduled event.
- Cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event will attract a fifty percent (50%) penalty.
- Cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the same day that the booking is made will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted to info@caymansuntours.com or call 1 (345) 938 8687 and received within the timeframes outlined above in order to be considered for a refund.
Motor Coaches: Transportation for our tours and transfers will generally be provided by coach/bus and professional driver. Customers are encouraged to rotate their seat selection on the return leg of the trip in order to give the other guests a different vantage point for scenic viewing.
Tour Guides: Each CST published scenic tour will have an experienced driver who will also act as the group’s tour director for the duration of the trip unless otherwise agreed. The driver/tour director will be responsible for the welfare of the entire group during the event, from scheduled arrival to scheduled departure unless otherwise agreed. Some venues may provide their own tour directors.
Itineraries: In some instances, itineraries for services and tours may change due to situations beyond the control of CCT. Factors affecting the itinerary of a tour or service request may include, but not limited to, inclement weather conditions, road closures, closure of scheduled attractions, unforeseen traffic delays, etc. In any event, CST will make every effort to adjust the itinerary to make it equally pleasurable, educational, and exciting or provide a refund if the services had to be cancelled.
Gratuities: It is customary to tip tour directors, bus drivers, and other service workers who may be of assistance to you during the service.
Consideration of All CST Customers: To ensure that everyone in the group has a most enjoyable time, CST reserves the right to exclude any individual from an activity who is deemed unruly or inconsistent with the interests of the group. This includes, but not limited to, persons who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs, resulting in a negative experience for the rest of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate transportation, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. The unused portions of his or her pre-booked services are non-refundable.
Optional Programs: Occasionally the tour director may offer customers optional experiences that are not included on the itinerary. These may include sightseeing trips, special snacks or meals not included, museum visits, etc. Customers are under no obligation to purchase any options.
Photo/Video Waiver: CST may take photos or videos of its tours which will include Customers. Participants grant CST permission to use the same for promotional or commercial use without payment or compensation to the participant.
Custom Tours: These Terms & Conditions apply to all services except were modified in the group proposal and/or agreement.
Assumption of Risk: I am aware that some tours may involve certain activities and/or situations, with the potential risk of illness, injury, or worse case death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects, or flora, and gross negligence of CST or their representative, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of the willful or criminal conduct of third parties. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse, and/or unpleasant. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some, or all, of the time during that I am participating in the trip. I am willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of the event, and I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any, and all risks of illness, injury or death and gross negligence of CST and agree to hold harmless and release CST from claims of third-party negligence.
Physical Conditions: I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition which would impair my ability to participate in this tour or my safety in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I hereby authorize, without further consent, CST or my local ground handler or others to arrange for any emergency medical treatment as may be necessary for me because of participation in this activity.
Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that I have voluntarily requested the services of CST and that I have read the description of the service as it appears in the current CST brochures or website relating to the service, together with all information contained in this application.
Knowing and Voluntary Liability Release: I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and CST and that I agree of my own free will. I agree to these Terms & Conditions and CST release from Liability for myself, each member of my party, and any minor children accompanying me.
COVID-19 Waiver: By Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, I acknowledge that due to the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, and for other reasons that may not be reasonably foreseeable at this time, these services may be disrupted or cancelled by the provider or third party over which CST has no control. By signing either on paper or digitally, you hereby agree to hold CST harmless and unconditionally release CST from any and all liability for any damages or claims, both known and unknown, including but not limited to monetary losses, that may incur as a result of such interruption or cancellation arising out of or connected in any way to the requisite services or transportation plans.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, I agree that Cayman Islands Law, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute of any sort that may arise between yourself and CST.
